Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
Delivery at Røre consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
After you place your order, we need 1–3 working days to process it. During this time your formula is blended, checked, produced and carefully packed for shipping.
Please note: because our shampoos and other hair products are personalised, the processing time can vary slightly.
2. Delivery time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
Shipping is handled by our trusted courier partner.
All delivery times exclude any delays caused by customs. During busy periods such as Black Friday, holidays and the New Year, delivery may take longer than usual.
What are the shipping costs?
At Røre we offer standard and premium shipping.
Orders under £50
Standard shipping: £6.95 — including track & trace.
Premium shipping: £9.50 — including:
- insurance against theft
- insurance against loss
- insurance against damage to the parcel
- priority processing
You choose standard or premium shipping at checkout.
Orders from £50
Free premium shipping — including track & trace and insurance against loss, theft and damage.
Where is my parcel?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace number.
For logistical reasons, your order may occasionally be delivered in more than one part shipment.
My track & trace is not working yet
It can take up to 5 working days before the tracking information becomes active and visible. Still seeing no updates after a few days? Feel free to contact our customer service at info@rorecare.com and we will be happy to help.
Important to know
Because all Røre products are personally tailored to your hair and scalp, this can affect the processing time of your order. We take this time deliberately, so that you receive a formula that truly suits you.
