Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Condition: the product must not have been used.
How do returns work?

Register your return
Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to: info@rorecare.com -
Receive return instructions
We will email you the correct return address and further instructions. -
Send the product back
Once you have registered, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.
When will I get my refund?
As soon as we have received the product (or as soon as you can show that it has been sent back), we will refund the amount within 30 days using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
Any standard shipping costs from your order will be refunded if you cancel.
Important to know
The product must be unused and unopened.
Has the seal been broken? Then the product cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Personalised products made especially for you cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or was delivered incorrectly.
When is a return not possible?
Returns are not possible for:
- used products;
- opened or unsealed products;
- personalised, made-to-measure products.
