Our products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients and intended for daily use. That said, no cosmetic product can guarantee it is completely free of allergic reactions for everyone.
The formulas contain fragrance and functional ingredients that may cause sensitivity in a small number of people. If you have a known allergy or very sensitive skin, we always recommend checking the ingredient list (INCI) first and patch-testing the product on a small area of skin beforehand.
If in doubt, we advise consulting a dermatologist or specialist.

Orders are processed within 2–7 working days, then dispatched.
Delivery
UK delivery takes 1–2 working days via Royal Mail. During busy periods (such as Christmas or Black Friday) this may take a little longer.

Through our online hair quiz, we ask about your hair type, thickness, moisture balance, sensitivities and preferences. This forms the basis for your personalised formula.
Our products are not 100% natural.
The formulas combine ingredients of natural origin with carefully selected functional ingredients. This combination makes for effective, stable and pleasant-to-use products that do what they promise.
All products are vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients. They are also never tested on animals.
As we don't currently hold an official vegan certification, we don't position the products as certified vegan.
Our products are made with gentle formulas and are suitable for use on colour-treated hair. They cleanse and care for the hair without harsh cleansers, and are designed to leave it feeling comfortable and looked after.
Keep in mind that every hair type and colour can react differently. For the best result, we recommend using the products as directed and, if in doubt, testing on a small section of hair first.
